My name is Tammy, Michael's mom. My daughter took my granddaughter for her appointment. They were 10 minutes early. They did not get in for appointment until almost an hour late because Emily went to lunch. Why would you schedule an appointment (well ahead) then knowing the appointment should be there in 10 min. Go to lunch. she finally got in LATE and Emily got started and ran out of supplies in the middle of doing highlights. I cannot believe Emily would schedule an appt for highlights and run out of supplies. Isn't that part of scheduling, so supplies will be there. This happened like a week before black Friday.
