Amanda is the best always professional great with communication. I feel so relaxed there get compliments on my lashes all the time. If you’re looking for a lash gal look no further.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance. I show up to my appointment and the door is locked. I call and text the number. They say they don't have an appointment down. I send screenshots of said appointment. No response. Text another 3 times. No response. I waited there 20 minutes. Just to take my money elsewhere. This is extremely unprofessional. I don't even want to give a one start. This should be a zero star. Don't go here.

I booked an appointment here with Amanda (AJayy) several weeks in advance, paid the deposit, and made a special trip to Havasu for it—only to arrive and find the salon completely closed with no explanation. No call, no email, no message. I tried to follow up and ask for a deposit refund during their posted business hours and reached out through phone, email, and social media, but received no response at all. It’s disappointing when a business can’t manage something as basic as communication. Unfortunately, reliability doesn’t seem to be a strength here.

Ajayy is nothing short of amazing. She is warm, friendly, accommodating and down right adorable! You instantly feel welcome. I will go back for a multiple services such as a blowout, and makeup application one on one. Today she was able to squeeze me in for a lip and brow wax. But it was more than that slap on some wax and rip away - She did a full brow design and really took her time getting my brows just right. I hope she does great in this city!!!!

My wife's experience was very disappointing, her eye lashes fell off within a week. After years of getting extensions this usually doesn't happen. We're new to Lake havasu and thought she'd give them a try. But wit will not go again. The response pushed the blame onto her which is very unlikely no attempt to fix her wrong.
