Had a pedicure done today. Firstly, she was asking way too personal of questions, but mainly I was concerned because she wasn’t even going to scrub my feet. Basically just soaked them and put oil on them. I then asked her if she was going to scrub them and she said “well I already took your feet out and drained the water but I can” like that’s supposed to come with a $60+ pedicure I would think… and I don’t even feel comfortable asking for the foot rub/massage that should come with a normal pedicure because it just seems like I was having to ask for what should already be done and that’s not my job. I’ve been coming here consistently since January 2024 and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Helen is extremely professional and personable and her work speaks for itself. She explained the entire process to me in detail and always answers any questions I have thoroughly. This place is gorgeous inside and CLEAN. I knew I picked the right place when she brought out sterile instruments still in the wrapping. I get the gel resin custom shape set with added length. They last 3 weeks between appointments and they NEVER lift or chip it’s incredible. When I broke the tip off of one of my nails, they accommodated me very fast! I have been going to lavish since spring 2019 and I will never go anywhere else!! Helen creates the most beautiful nail art every time. She is so great and takes the time to get to know all of her clients and uniquely design their nail art. The atmosphere is so welcoming and kind and I look forward to nail appointments every time I go!!
