I went to lavish to purchase bundles and the girl who helped me was very nice. She saw me looking at them came to help me I let her know I needed more time she gave me time and then helped me decide which would be best. AND THEN I asked her where the items I needed were and she literally grabbed them for me and put them at the register (which was amazing) again she was super nice and patient with me. The problem is when I check out the guy at the register is rude like always and i decided enough is enough. The girls in there are always so nice and helpful then I get register and it’s the complete opposite. They may need to have someone else who is more customer service oriented doing that as well!

I bought a curly 26 inch black human hair bundle from here. To my knowledge it was true to length. The bundle also bleached & dyed to the color i was looking for. Online bundles are like $100 for 26 inches I got one here for $85 so thats a good deal to me. I would purchase again. I'm adding the bundle to a wig I bought. After bleaching/processing about 4 times the hair shed a bit but hopefully some silicon mix & conditioner will fix it.

I love this place…. The staff are so helpful and nice. Not to mention very knowledgeable. Definitely me and my daughters go to beauty supply every time.

Whoever it is making nails and having this place sell them for you. Please stop. The young woman “helping” at the front said they are childish when a girl was interested in buying them. I told her where else to go, just cause she was a white girl don’t mean you had to be weird to her. This place ain’t even black owned.

I came here after going to another major beauty supply store that was out of stock of almost everything I needed. I had no words when I stepped into this store. Everything was in stock. There were no empty shelves. NONE. My mind was blown. I had never seen anything like this before. The store even had products I had never seen before in other beauty stores. I was even able to find a Jamaican Mango & Lime oil I hadn't been able to find for months.The employees made you feel wanted in the store by walking around and smiling at everyone and asking if help was needed. I greatly enjoyed my time here and this is now my new favorite store for restocking hair-care products.
