I got a lash lift and tint. The staff instructed me to apply jojoba oil to my eyelashes every night after the first 24 hours, otherwise my eyelashes could get brittle and break. My friends were surprised when I told them this, and informed me that applying any oil will cause the lashes to straighten. I followed the salon's instructions for aftercare precisely. After 24 hours I resumed my nightly routine and washed my face and applied the jojoba oil to my eyelashes as instructed. The next day, they had straightened significantly. I got the eyelash lift as a special occasion before I travel overseas, and I am extremely disappointed. I called the salon and they offered to have me come back in. I am obsess with my lash technician Santra. Her work is amazing, and my lashes come out looking Lavish every-time. She is very professional and accommodating to my schedule. She knows I can’t live without my lashes. Best experience and lash tech hands down! My job is really demanding and stressful but when I’m there, I get to rest while having my lashes done. I went to LAVISH about 1.5 years ago for eyebrows - powder/ombre eyebrows. I'm very late in my review but I am a forever fan! Viv is absolutely amazing, kind, fun, patient and a perfectionist!! I have blond hair and not only were my eyebrows so blond they were barely visible, but on top of that I have sparse eyebrows. Viv transformed my eyebrows!!!! And over a year later I'm still thrilled with the results. My only regret ... I didn't find Viv and LAVISH sooner!!
