I follow my nail stylist from Cinderella nails to this place after 8 years of fantastic service. This facility has disappointed on every level. My nails do not make it 2 weeks whereas they typically lasted 3. I brought my daughter for a pedicure and they offered her an abbreviated pedicure (which is fine for her age (15) and needs) but still charged me full price. Today - I brought a picture and my nails where not even close in color or shape. I expressed this with grace but not only did the owner charge me an extra 15.00, they charged Sales Tax which is not even applicable. First time I am unhappy in 20 years and sad that I cannot return.

I recently came in for a basic manicure and it was an awful experience. I had been here before and I had no issues, saw one of the younger girls and it was a great appointment. The place is quiet and peaceful, so I wanted to pop in for a brief moment for self care. This time the older woman who I saw was rough and had an attitude, like I was an inconvenience to come in and request a service. She rushed bc she had another client waiting after they had finished with their pedi. I would have waited for a different nail tech with one of the younger techs. She kept telling me to relax bc my hands were tight and not loose enough for her to rush through quicker. I have a medical issue, and how can you relax when the vibes are off with this attitude? I have been a weekly patron at this nail salon for over 8 years. It is very clean and relaxing. There is at least 6 ft between you and other clients which I love. All the nail technicians are friendly and detail-oriented (they check and recheck your nails and adjust/clean up a stray cuticle or tiny polish error throughout your manicure). Tip: If you go on a Friday or Saturday make an appointment and be prepared for about a 5-15 minute wait.
