I cannot recommend Cici enough! I spent the morning shoveling snow and my entire body felt very tight afterwards. I went in for a deep tissue session and the experience was incredible. Cici was very professional and attentive, asking about my specific areas of tension before getting started. She used the perfect amount of pressure--intense enough to break up the soreness in my lats and lower back, but incredibly relaxing. If you're feeling the physical toll of winter, do yourself a favor and book a session here with Cici.

This was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. The room was noisy,and the therapist,Cici,kept asking for more money and even suggested taking off her clothes for an extra fee. The massage itself felt unprofessional , and the overall service was careless. I left feeling more stressed than when i arrived. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a 60 minute massage today with “Sissy.” About 20 minutes into my massage, a walk-in customer arrived, Sissy left and tended to the walk-in despite another employee “Wendy” also being available. Wendy came in and finished my massage; she spent at least 15 minutes talking over speaker phone. First and last time here, awful service. Save your money and go elsewhere with better customer service and cleanliness.

Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommend My husband and I booked a 60 minute couples massage and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Even though we paid upfront with no issue, we were left waiting in the massage room for quite a while. When someone finally came in, she started working only on me. My husband had to wait an additional 20 minutes before anyone showed up for him. When someone did finally start his massage, she kept leaving the room to talk to other clients. He didn’t get the hot stones like I did, and there’s no way he got his full hour. There was nothing professional about it. We didn’t complain and still left a $20 tip out of courtesy. The total was $120 ($60 each), and yet the woman at the front desk stopped us from leaving, insisting we needed to tip at
