Lavender Spa

Lavender Spa is fantastic. The owner, May, is one of the kindest and most attentive massage therapists I've met. She helped me tremendously with my neck pain by addressing areas I didn't even realize were tired. The atmosphere is very relaxing-clean rooms, fresh scent, and calming music. The staff is friendly and does their best to communicate with clients to ensure they are comfortable. I also appreciate the little details, like being offered tea after the massage. It's rare to find a place with such integrity: on the few occasions when a masseuse has to step out for quick moment, they inform me and ensure i get extra time to compensate. i will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent experience at Lavender Spa in Bellevue. The deep tissue massage and acupressure were exactly what my body needed. I came in with a headache and cold symptoms and left feeling completely relieved. She’s highly skilled, attentive, and somehow knew where I was holding tension without me saying much. Highly recommend.

SO GOOD!! Did the deep tissue massage on a Sunday during a work trip and went back there on Thursday of the following week because it was just that good. I speak some Chinese and was able to listen to several of the Massagist tips. She was always so warm. She loves her job and she is so happy to help corporate workers like me ❤️ The price is also so much better than anywhere else in Bellevue. Super recommend it!

Downward trend in quality/service. The last couple appointments I scheduled weren't honored. Masseuse didn't use the full time for the massage and was low quality (started late/ended early). Room wasn't clean-- table smelled of previous person's body odor (BO). Used to go here when in the area, but will not be returning and haven't since. Owner’s response isn’t true…

Nice place to relax and convenient location with parking (need to ask staff for validation). Staff are great, welcomed right away when entered. Very clean and very professional, can tell with usage of elbow with good control on pressure. Saw that there are also option for couples massage. Will recommend. Pro-tip: Order Molly tea towards the end of the session so you can walk over and pick up right after 😉.
