Lavender nails & spa

Winnie was amazing! She took her time and made sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The entire salon had such a warm and cozy atmosphere. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

I go to salon occasionally and usually love it but today came out feeling very unhappy. The lady was very aggressive on my feet and look in the picture below how uneven she filed my nails! And as soon as I got out to my car, nail polish came off the big toe. I had an awful experience today and even the lady herself seemed to be in a terrible mood but I’m paying you to do my nails so I expect them to look at least better than what they did. Not sure I’ll be coming back here again.

Coco and May were absolutely phenomenal definitely recommend definitely will be going back there they took care of my feet as if I was one of their best friends absolutely love the hot wax the heating pads for my feet absolutely amazing what a treat the staff is so nice the atmosphere very Relaxing five stars all around love the gel packs as well for your feet I felt it kept the hot water even longer in the pedicure chair👍🏼👍🏼 my feet feel like a baby‘s bottom

I was driving by and pulled over to see if they can do my brows When I walked in this place it was extremely spotless and smelt delightful. The service was fast and on point the lady who did my eyebrows was very polite 10/10 I deff will come back here again

Update: nails (acrylic) are already lifting off of my natural nail. I've never had that happen so quickly. Last photo shows what I mean. I wish I could give it negative stars. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I swear this is by far the worst full set I have ever gotten. While I don't want to sound rude I have to state some facts.. I understand not speaking English well but if you and staff can not understand anything I say it's a problem. I had to tell them multiple times not to cut pieces off the side of my toe nail they kept doing it. The nail polish was not applied correctly because I was able to see through the hot pink color I chose. Then, I waited for 20 minutes to get my full set because the lady asked if she could take 5 mins for lunch (I get having to eat-go fo
