Lavender Nails Spa

I want to start by saying my experience at the nail salon wasn’t bad at all. I actually enjoyed myself. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I paid about $200 for both services including a tip. I am giving one star because my gel polish was completely off the nails in only 2 days and chipped off others. My nail broke off in a week. If I’m paying that much I do expect for them to last at least 2 weeks.

Gentleman was nice and place wasn’t busy when I first arrived. It started getting busy and ppl coming in and out and the man got so nervous he was rushing through my set! I noticed and kept pulling my hand out of the uv light to look closer and he said to stop that they would look good once finished. Well he finished and asked if I liked them and I said no! He was nice about it but instead of offering to fix them he said come back tomorrow. They were so tacky and bumpy I was so disappointed! Everyone going in to get their nails done knows how long the work takes so I don’t know why he was rushing! I will not ever be going back! Completely unprofessional and did not pay attention to what my wife wanted. She told them gel and and they started doing powder. Then proceeded to continuously argue back and forth. They stopped working on her to get up and go yell at each other. Didn't finish her nails, got powder all over her hands and clothing. Do not recommend them to anyone. Also since they want to delete her review I'll repost her photos as well.

I loved Jessica she did a awesome job on my pedicure, but Johnny watch out for him because I showed him a photo of what I wanted then I asked him the price when I It was time to pay he changed the price of my full set. It’s not about the money it’s the principle, you don’t do business like that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what I asked for & what I was given. After I told them I was unhappy with what I was paying for they told me “we’re about to close”. As a first time customer I will not be returning or recommending this business. 0/10 - customer service 0/10 - professionalism 0/10 - work
