Lavender Laced Beauty Xpress

I'm from Germany and visiting friends in Virginia Beach and had a pedicure appointment with Terri today. The beauty salon makes a very good impression overall, and great attention is paid to hygiene. I enjoyed a very pleasant pedicure, Terri worked very precisely. It was very relaxing and afterwards I felt like I was walking on air. Terri did a great job; I am very happy to recommend her.

I booked an appointment with Tee Tee for 4/29/23 through StyleSeat but I was never notified my appointment was rescheduled until I arrived at the appointment. Upon arrival, she was in the middle of doing someone's hair. I told her I wanted to cancel but she claims she is unable to cancel the appointment from her end but that is bull. You're not able to cancel the appointment but you can change the appointment to a date prior to my actual appointment date. I was charged for the appointment anyways. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. She's doing a wonderful job at building clientele. Do not book with her, she is a fraud. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CHANGE THE PRICE, AND DONT APOLOGIZE FOR INCONVENIENCES TO THE CUSTOMER ON THEIR PART. SHE CALLED THE PREVIOUS DAY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT FOR 10AM THEN WHEN I GET THERE SHE IS DOING SOMEONE ELSES HAIR (someone who showed up 2 hours late for there appointment) THEN MAKES ME WAIT FOR 2 AND A HALF TO 3 HOURS THEN HAS THE NERVE TO JACK UP THE PRICE!!! I BROUGHT MY OWN HAIR AS SHE REQUESTED. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE DONT COME HERE....YOUVE BEEN WARNED

This place is everything a gem needs. Everyone is polite, professional and helpful. I needed a last minute appt and got just that. Thank you to the professionals. 🎁
