Tiffany is so sweet and professional! I found her thru Instagram. Her booking website is easy to navigate. Also, her salon suite is so cozy and cute! Tiffany is an AMAZING communicator & tells you exactly what’s going to happen. She very thorough with her work. Throughout the service, Tiffany checked in to make sure I was comfortable and to ask my opinion on what she was doing. Normally, I get really anxious going to see a new professional but I was able to totally relax! Can’t wait to go back to see her :) She is by far the most professional and kind beauty professional i’ve encountered in VB. thank you Tiffany!

I used to feel so jittery whenever I got my lashes done, but Tiffany completely changed that experience for me. She is incredibly gentle—I honestly couldn’t feel a thing and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep a few times! It was so relaxing, and throughout the process she checked in and adjusted the under-eye tape to make sure I was comfortable. When she finished, my lashes felt perfect—no poking, no discomfort, just beautiful results. What impressed me even more was that she followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was still good. That level of care is rare and really shows how much she values her clients. I was a client for about 7 months and was absolutely devastated when I had to move out of the area for work since it meant I couldn’t treat myself to bi-weekly appointments at Jade Lash anymore. Tiffany is absolutely amazing and made every appointment so relaxing that each one felt like a monthly breather. She is so gentle and her studio space is so comfy; I took some of the hardest naps of my life every single appointment. My work schedule was always busy and unpredictable, but Tiffany is extremely patient with her clients and with scheduling. I had such a great experience, this lash service will definitely be hard to match in the future.

I've been researching Lash Lifts for a few weeks and ran across Lavender Jade Lash on Instagram. My main concern was irritation and burning and reviews say that Tiffany takes her time and uses products that are gentle on your eyes and lashes. I have very straight, down facing lashes and the Lash Lift was perfect for me. Her office is so relaxing with a heated bed and a knee bolster to help with back and hip alignment. I literally fell asleep within 15 min and woke up to beautiful curled lashes. So far it's been 2 weeks since my lash lift and they are still so beautiful. They will last around 5-8 weeks and my next go around with Tiffany, I will try the Korean Lash Lift which she is able to get closer to the lash line and the lashes will appear more lifted than the tradition lash lift. She’s warm, professional, and incredibly skilled, with a light touch and a great eye for detail. She helped me choose the style, length, and color, and she nailed it. The space is cozy and spotless, the products are high quality, and everything felt truly tailored.
