Lavender Day Spa

My friend's coworker, Bob, frequents this establishment every week. My friend recommended that I try it out. It is located next to a planned parenthood and there are usually a few protesters outside. They are generally nice people. I walked in and tried a massage. The place was clean but somewhat outdated. There is a jacuzzi here but I did not try it out because it was my first time here. The masseuse wanted to discuss tips even before the massage started. That was a surprise and somewhat of a turnoff. The massage was light and decent but nothing to write home about as I've had better massages around Walnut Creek. I'll leave this place for Bob to enjoy.

Ok Spot. Close to the freeway. Massage was so so. The masseuses are aggressive about tips. Seems to be a lot of people going in as I was leaving.

I called only an hour ahead and was able to get an appointment for a couple’s massage. My partner had Melissa and I had Jenny, and we both had incredible massages. Good pressure, not rough. $73 for 60 minutes, plus tip. Will be back, for sure!

This place was one of these reliable parlors, you'd be confident to get a decent massage every time and they also kept themselves above others both quality and service wise. However, that changed recently. It is the most expensive brothel in Walnut Creek now. Go figure the rest.

This used to be our favorite massage spa for couples. But in the last year I think they changed management and masseuses. They are rude, constantly leaving the room during the massage and waste time, and do not promote a relaxing environment. They also interrogate you if you dare to use a Groupon as if it’s a crime. This happened the last 2 times, so sorry to say that we won’t be returning. You are supposed to go there to relax not get stressed. Sad because the old Lavender Spa was the best in the area.
