Honestly I'm not sure why this place had poor reviews because I had an excellent experience. I went in for an hour and it was a very good price. They also do take card so I'm not sure why people are saying they don't. The girl who did my service was so so sweet and she did absolutely fantastic. I had her focus on my lower back because I've been having a lot of lower back pain and she was amazing. My experience was absolutely nothing short of amazing and I feel great! I will 100% be back and I'm picky plus great price!!!

Very respectful gave a great massage 100% recommend this place At the end, she even gave me a cold water The back massage was so good. I ended up falling asleep.😂

I honestly have no idea what the bad reviews are about, but you will find haters anywhere you go. I visited for the first time yesterday after work. The lady was very nice and professional. I will remain a customer here.

I recently visited Lavender Cozy Spa, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit was anything but that. When I scheduled my appointment, I wasn't informed that the spa only accepts cash payments. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that I needed to pay upfront. I pulled out my debit card, but the receptionist insisted it was cash only and directed me to an out-of-network ATM next door, which charged me fees. This lack of transparency was already frustrating. I withdrew $80, which I assumed would cover my 60-minute massage. When I returned and handed over the cash, the receptionist accepted it and led me to a room. After undressing and lying down, the masseuse entered and said I would only receive a 30-minute massage. Don’t go there the lady weird. She was asking for tip before she even gave the massage. She was asking for $20 tip prior or told me to leave that’s how she acted. No professionalism towards customers. I never seen someone ask for tip before the service they provide. Anyways the massage wasn’t bad I give it a 6/10 I think if she wasn’t demanding for a tip and just did her job I would come back. But no I felt uncomfortable with that behavior that’s not how you treat customers…so not coming back.
