The men trying to give out samples are rude, aggressive & very unknowledgeable about skin care in general. After telling multiple men that I'm allergic to the products, they continue to push it and say that it's impossible because it's "hypoallergenic". The FDA doesn't regulate the term hypoallergenic so anyone can put that label on a product. The guy today preceeded to tell me that I REALLY needed an eye cream cause of my bad wrinkles & bags under my eyes. I'm 31 and look just fine! I already use skin care products, just not these ones!

Don't bother!!, product maybe good but salesman needs customer service training. Pulled his mask down while sitting approximately a foot away from me and kept telling me to lower mine more to give me an eye treatment. Felt totally unsafe. When I didn't want to make a purchase he was extremely rude. Basically called me a liar when I said my husband was waiting for me. Avoid this place!

Being forced into a store seems illegal. I was walking through the mall just doing my thing and then the sales man is outside of his store and sees us and just walks up trying to shake our hand and then started talking about his products and then That’s when said come into my store and told us to have a seat. And had us for a while trying to make us buy his products and we said NO several times and he was still begging us to buy his products. Until then we said we had to go immediately he he still told us to use the products. Honestly sometimes in these types of situations you maybe just gotta be rude and ignore them because they will try to steal money from you.

Terrible. Not only do the guys walk up to women calling them by gorgeous and beautiful to engage with them but they are way too close. They don't wear gloves, their masks never cover their noses. This place should be removed from the mall because they do not follow social distancing guidelines. I absolutely hate shopping the lower level of the mall with their 2 kiosks that are completely unavoidable.

JUST SAY NO!! Before I knew it I was getting eye serum applied which seemed to work at the time but a few hours later and I look like a monster. My eyes are nearly swollen shut. I don't know if it is something in the product or on the guys hands. This is VERY distressing. If I could give no stars I would. Be warned!!!
