Lavelier

I was pulled by the arm into the shop by the salesman. He ordered me to sit down, then interrogated me about my skin care routine. He began to insult me about my appearance. I was shocked.

I got scammed big time. I’m a senior and I spent a lot of time outdoors and in the sun over the years and my skin shows it. So I decided to try the Lavelier skin care treatment. I spent a lot of money, over $1500. Number one, their red light treatment only made a small noticible improvement with my wrinkles. Two, I was promised 9 facials. I was only given a wet cloth on my face as a moisturizer for the first two sessions. I wasn’t given the HydroTherm Masque cream. 3 After the two facial treatments, I get a call from the owner and he explains to me that he wants to add blue light therapy for an additional $2000. That was it, I was done and I knew then that it was a TOTAL,TOTAL SCAM.

Super RUDE staff. We bought one product and they showed us how to use a tightening mask as a complementary service. We told them we liked it but did not have the $4000 to purchase the other product and he got super upset and practically kicked us out of the store. Definitely do not recommend to others

My favorite place! The best place to treat your skin and body, recently they changed the staff and everyone is so nice! I also suffering from chronic pain in my legs so the guy there did pain relief session with Red Light therapy, been using the device for a few months now and the pain almost completely healed!!!

Wow, the salesman was seriously rude and pushy. Maybe the product is good. I’ll never know because I couldn’t get past how pompous the guy came off. Maybe he doesn’t realize it. But by the looks of some of the other reviews, someone should really tell him.
