AMAZING experience. Been going here for 10 years and never disappoint. Nancy and Sheryl and Melissa are so fun! I feel like at home. I can not recommend this place enough!!!!!!

Always have to wait because usually they just have 1 hair stylist. Last 2 times I went there they said there was a 2 hour wait and asked me to put my name on their daily list and promise to call back when my turn would come in about 2 hours. They never called. So the first time i let it go. Now that this happened again i decided to put this review on google so that if they tell you they will call back you don’t waste your time and just go somewhere else. This is poor customer service. When you promise something to a. Customer you deliver. Maybe if they spend less time talking and more time to quickly cut hair they would’t have these long wait times. Their customers are all men and it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to cut hair. They are not stylists. I only went there because

First time there and was very happy with the cut that Melissa gave me. Very sweet and a great personality to go along with it. I grew up in Ortley and knew John, Ray and Mark since 1961. My new favorite place to go.

My husband found this place 5 years ago when we moved here permanently and won’t go anywhere else. The girls who cut his hair are just terrific. Nancy cuts my hair and always does just as you ask. Not too much, not too little. Just a pleasant place to go for either male or female. Nothing fancy. Just a local wonderful diamond in disguise.
