I was in desperate need of a massage but being 6 months pregnant I wanted to find the right person who was experienced with prenatal massages, could relieve my tension, and ease my leg cramps. Lauren is incredible! She was gentile yet firm and made me feel safe, relaxed, and worked through every knot (even ones I didn't know were there). Her studio is so peaceful and calming, it's truly an elevated experience. Highly recommend Lauren for your next massage!
Very professional massage therapy. Even without prompting, Lauren can identify trouble spots and is surprisingly strong and efficient at handling knots and muscle soreness. Best massage I’ve had, and most comfortable I’ve ever been on a table.
