I had a wonderful first time experience at Laura’s Nail Salon today! The salon is very clean with a relaxing vibe. Everyone I met was super friendly and you can tell that the staff knows their stuff! Rylea did a fantastic job on my gel fill and gel pedicure for Valentines Day! She was fun to talk to and very professional. I also saw her nail art examples and she is quite talented. I will be going back for sure. Thank you, Laura’s Nail Salon - you made my day!

My sister and I were walk ins and were very pleasantly surprised. The ladies are very friendly and laid back. Elise fit us in for pedicures and did a great job. It almost felt like we had been coming there for years. Will definitely be back!

Laura's Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon in Knoxville. The ladies that work there are so friendly - when you walk in, you feel like you are part of the family. My nail appointment is a twice monthly pick-me-up. Thank you, Laura's Nails, for being awesome.

My go to nail spa changed their hours so I was in need of a new one. I walked in and was greeted with almost annoyed tone of “can I help you?”… and when I specified what I would like, I was answered in a happy tone of that they were fully booked and sorry. The very apparent sign was for me to leave. I wasn’t even offered to book something on another date. If you look a little different like I do, be prepared to be treated like a lesser human and not up to their standards. As an independent contractor from New York, and an independent businesswoman, I would never treat anyone like that and expect any kind of future business or repeat business and I found it completely deplorable. I rarely write reviews but when it comes to treating people like objects and that they are not even good enough

This was my first time at Laura’s and I cannot day enough how great the experience was. Super friendly, super clean and the setting was very well appointed and comfortable. Loved that everything was done by hand with no machines! Will definitely be coming back as a return customer.
