What I got vs what I wanted. They legitimately told me they could do black holographic and couldn’t. The nail tech wanted me in and out as fast as possible. I would have completely chose something different had I known they could not do what I wanted. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is my biggest all time most disappointing nail service. I was in for a full set. Words cannot describe how upset I am. Update and edit: Laura nail spa did reach out to me to fix my nails. They did them how I wanted, and they were polite and apologized. I give a 4 stars now because I just think it is unfortunate that it took me leaving a negative review and leaving for them to make it right. This is my first time here. I really love my set. He followed my picture perfectly. The only bad thing was that one of bows had fallen off just a couple hours after my appointment, but I went back in the same day and they fixed it for free no problem which was super nice of them. They touched up the remaining bows so hopefully they will stick a few weeks! Will definitely go back Edit: I really do like this set. I think they’re gorgeous but I am just a little disappointed that I paid over $100 for this French tip set and for gems have fallen off in three days of having the set. The bows fell off twice. I ended up just having them taken off and drawn on, and I’ve had two pearls fall off. They fixed it for free though. I just wish if I was paying $100 for something that it would last longer

I LOVE LOVELOVE THE MAN WHO DID MY NAILS, I didn’t get his name, though we barely spoke at all, even though I would’ve loved to talk to him. I don’t think he knew much English, But he understand it what I wanted done and did a fantastic job altogether. The nail and the design was $90 and then I gave him a $30 tip so altogether 120.! 10/10 Will be going back again for him because he does the stiletto exactly how I like it!! A little bit of an update it’s been four days and the tip of my ring finger broke off!

Hana was amazing. She was so kind and so gentle. She did an amazing job. Both my full set of dip nails and my brow wax are amazing. I’ll definitely be returning. Editing my review to add my birthday nails that Laura absolutely crushed! I never get nail art and I was hesitant, but they’re absolutely perfect and she was amazing!

My nail guy absolutely killed it. It is my first time coming to Laura Nail Spa and I will most definitely be back! 100$ without tip included a full new acrylic set with shaping and nail art with gems. Great value and IMPECCABLE attention to detail! Best believe I tipped well for this beautiful set:)
