What a stellar Ukiah find! Laura does it all, she is great with delicate work as well as deep tissue. I have a few spots in my body that need both and she expertly calms them. I also love that she does specials every month in a variety of techniques. You cannot go wrong with Laura Hoover massage therapy.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Laura after a disc golf injury in my shoulder and she was incredible. She immediately found the problem area and worked deep under the shoulder blade to restore my range of motion. I walked out with significantly less pain and within the next two days it felt 100% better. Laura recommended adding CBD oil, which I think made a big difference with inflammation. Her office is extremely clean and professional, and having private parking in downtown Ukiah is a huge bonus. Laura is clearly very knowledgeable about anatomy and therapeutic bodywork, she knew exactly how to move and position my arm to hit the right muscles. If you’re dealing with pain or need fast, effective relief, I highly recommend booking with Laura.

I love going to Laura for a massage! She's so welcoming and creates a truly safe, relaxing space. Her new location is easy to find and has such a calming atmosphere. My favorites are her hot stone and aromatherapy massages! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a rough few weeks at work and was carrying a lot of tension in my shoulders so I reached out to Laura. She was able to squeeze me and I am soooo thankful. Laura's technique was outstanding. She was so in tune with my body's needs and was able to provide the exact pressure I needed to release the tension without causing pain. I left feeling sooo much better than when I walked in. She also provided some water and a snack to keep me balanced and hydrated. Overall it was the best experience I could ask for and I 10/10 recommend Laura. I most definitely will be rebooking!

Had my first massage here the other day and wow it felt amazing. I’m a dental hygienist, so I’m hunched over all day and it really takes a toll on my neck, back, and arms.
