Not only did my hairstylist make sure she provided a thorough and accurate assessment of my scalp and hair prior to moving forward with taking me on as a client, she did a wonderful job addressing my hair care needs and with styling. Customer service is also exceptional. For all of my appointments, I’ve been offered water, the appointments are efficient (I’m in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed), appointment setting is efficient, and the salon is always clean and cared for. The hairstylist also checks in on me throughout the appointment to make sure I’m okay. For example, when I was getting a touch-up/relaxer, she checked in with me to make sure my scalp was safe. She was knowledgeable about different extension techniques, Focused on healthy, hair growth, and also emphasize the length of time my extensions should last, as well as the importance of reusing my hair instead of buying a new batch for each install. I’ve been visiting the salon for a couple of months now, and working with Al has been such a wonderful experience. The ladies at this salon are incredibly professional. I worked with Cecilia, and she educated me about my hair. She also made recommendations that are improvements on my own ideas about my hair. I left the salon feeling really good about the recommendations and how I looked after my appointment. She listened to what I wanted and got it spot on! This is my new hair home.

I've been a client of Al's for 4 1/2 years, but I've never left a review! She's been amazing from the very first visit - prompt, clearly explains everything, very knowledgeable about hair care/products, etc. I normally wear long straight extensions, but decided to try a shorter extension style for the Summer. I was particularly excited about my visit last week because I've never had any type of color/highlight in my hair so this was a first for me. I showed her a picture and asked her to do what she does! She instinctively knows how to cut, color and style depending on your facial features/coloring. As usual, she knocked it out of the park! I am so happy with the cut, color and style and have received so many compliments this past week!
