Latin Professional Dominican Salon

I have been coming to this salon for two years now and was only paying $45 sometime $50dollars not more every visit and now all of us sudden her pay goes up $40 more dollars for a wash and blow dry which was $80 for me the past two years I have never paid that much for a wash and blow dry I have always paid 45 to $50 she also charged my kids $45 for a four year old another $45 for a nine-year-old for a wash and cut which is a ridiculous high price she took advantage of me being a customer for her two years now and now she have lost a customer I would never go back to her ever again and I would never suggest anyone to her ever again bad customer service unfair to customers I'm very disappointed she should've told me about her going up $40 on her prices. Very poor communication for her.

Today 02/22/2020. It hurts a lot what they did to my mom in this salon. It is a lack of professionalism and respect. I honestly do not recommend it! 😭

Just got my hair done with the owner Ana. She cut and blow-dry my hair.. came out beautifully. She also cut my 3 year old son hair... Not only was she patient with him but did an amazing job. Will be returning..

I called and asked if they did natural hair. They said yes but I was a bit suspicious cause when I walk in they had no idea how to cut my hair cause they saw it was just a big old Afro. But guess I was wrong, they cut my hair so well! And the ladies were so so so nice. Definitely will come back again in the future.

I went here in June and got a relaxer (I have gotten them before my hair is very strong) after being natural for about 4 years. She left the relaxer on my neck and noticed it after washing it out of my hair, she sprayed it with water and wiped it with a towel (rubbing it in) it burned so bad, i had scabs within the next couple of days. When I went back to her and showed her she tried to tell me I have a sensitive scalp and that’s how relaxers work. I would never go to her and wouldn't recommend this salon.
