I wish I could of gave them a higher rate but unfortunately I can’t. I came here on April 24 to dye my hair from black to blonde. The lady who did my hair after the process blow dry my hair and left the blowdryer on the same spot for so long that I felt it extremely burning hot but I didn’t realize right away until a week later that I felt and saw I have a big patch of missing hair and unfortunately seems the hair isn’t growing back. Unfortunately and safe to say that I won’t be coming back here. Unfortunately don’t remember the name of the lady who did my hair.

My experience has been pleasant thus far, they are very organized and attentive. They keep a list to keep a track of who is next with which hair stylist. I love the fact that you can also buy hair products that compliment the service you have received. If you come on Friday, Saturday expect to wait because it's the peak times. Parking is tough, get there early if you can. I recommend Marlyn she is honest and will let you know what you can and can't do depending on your hair.

I went to speak to Lumi for consultation about my hair dye color red like my extension and.treatment. and price she said.120.00 I went the next day she was supposed to dye it.she didn't .she put a color rinse it came of the first day I washed I waited 3 days to wash..she didn't do the hair treatment either! Then charge me 160.00 I told her you told me yesterday 120. ..I paid 150.00 I tiped her also.i paid 175.00. My hair is not red like wanted and it just washed off...today is 5 day I look. like same..like nothing was done to my hair..she's a liar and I wanted hair dyed with a treatment..I had highlights and red dye will definitely cover them .the rinse just came off..I'm not happy at all. All wanted my hair to be dyed red and a treatment. I'm so upset I wasted my money on nothing very u
