Took my grandmother (91 years young), she had an appointment, normal person she uses wasn't there, no big deal, she's happy with her hair cut but she can't see the back like others can. If she still could, she'd be back in complaining (just how she is) don't get me wrong it looks good BUT still has some stragglering group(s) of hair that seem to have jumped the ✂️ & or clippers. Id recommend regardless we all are human 😁

Let me just start out by saying this salon is cute, clean & personable. Its a small locally family owned business & the owners are two best friends that are so sweet and knowledgeable! I’m new to the area and have gone to a few different salons in canon city & continued to be disappointed. I’ve been getting my hair professionally foiled/bleached for about 20 years so I’m no hair stylist but I feel I can tell if the stylist has experience & is good at what they do, Lather & Co definitely does and Acacis went above & beyond and did NOT disappoint. When coming in my hair was a mess because of Salon De Cheveux DO NOT GO THERE, they charged me an outrageous amount of money my hair was orange & yellow, my cut was choppy and uneven, & this was after they tried fixing it 3 times. Hair was a damaged mess. Stylist was incredible and patient and was able to get my hair looking nice and healthy again despite the tedious process! Will definitely be coming back!

About 8 months ago, a friend gave me a gift card to use at Hair Haven… I wanted a trim on my bob. Nothing fancy. A bob. My hair was “trimmed” & left wet; I should’ve asked for it to be dried but I didn’t. After I dried it at home, I was horrified. These are the pictures of my butchered trim / cut. I called & I was treated a bit abruptly for asking for my hair to be fixed. I went back in, someone else straightened my hair, but again, I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the salon by going back. No apology, no offer of a refund, no discount. I wasn’t going to say anything else, but I just got a text from this salon, offering me a coupon for another haircut. Seriously?!

Acacia is the best hair stylist! I have gone to her for hair cuts, highlights, waxing and pedicures! I absolutely love my hair every time I go see her! Super cute salon. Friendly staff, free coffee, great hair and fair pricing! If you’re in or near the Cañon area, I highly recommend going here!
