My 1st time getting my lashes done here and I must say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Amber was so sweet and very polite. She is very professional and took her time to accommodate me. I will be back for more services. 5 stars is not enough for Lashshuga I recommend 10 stars.

Amber was professional, gentle and patient. The environment was welcoming and clean. I was able to use a Groupon to get Hybrid lashes. This is my first set and I am very happy!!!!

So I booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead because it was important and it got canceled out of nowhere. So I called her and she said that she will call me back in 30mins to see if she can do it. I waited 2 hours and called her back. She said she has time available from 3pm-6pm. I live a half an hour from her shop, and came on time. I waited for another hour just for her outside her shop, then I called her multiple times with no answer just for her to say she’s not coming in the office today. I find it so unprofessional to waste someone’s time, I could’ve used that time to find another lash artist but no, she strung me on and canceled after all this time waiting today. She stated how she “tried” to accommodate me because of my appointment being canceled and still didn’t accommodate anything o

This was my first time getting lash extensions, the lash tech was very nice and helpful. She walked me through the process step by step. I’ll definitely be coming back to have my lashes done again
