Staff is friendly. Place is very cute , decor is adorable and clean. Look like the whole staff does amazing jobs with the lashes, and know their customers very well, assuming they are regulars. Kellyn did my lashes and they have lasted 6 weeks. and half way through week 6 you started to see I needed a fill but I still had enough lashes on, to look okay. Tania is also amazing, her skill set is undeniable, she is awesome. and lashes look absolutely stunning. Def a place to come if you are looking for lashes.

I give five stars because i LOVE this place now. In the past experienced a slight issue with a front desk girl where she tried to charge my card weeks after, alleging i had not canceled a previous appointment- thankfully i kept my rescheduling proofs & text message records (this was years ago btw, and it wasn't with any of the owners because they are ALL good people from my experience). The front desk girl at the time was a bad apple with a terrible attitude- who was persistent on charging my card a fee- ultimately she didnt last there because i never saw her again lol! With this- i will say i started off with Tania back in the day who is the SWEETEST and a true GOAT at her craft! Tania is an OG and remains sweet as pie💜. Unfortunately I had a bad experience where I had a lot of discomfort after my lash lift. All they told me was take Advil. Also, when I got the lash lift, I was told that the lift would go down after a month. It has now been a month and two weeks and I have some lashes that are straight and some that are still curled and pointing in different directions. I called for some guidance and they told me that my lashes were just growing out slow. I didn’t know that the eyelashes had to grow out of a lift. I thought the lift would just go down after the month. So now I’m left with wonky lashes until they grow out. They told me to apply castor oil and just wait for them to grow out. This was my first time getting a lash lift and I’m very disappointed.

I had made an appointment with this company and I was involved in a car accident on my way to my appointment. So I called to cancel my appointment not witholding my emotion of distress and explained the reason as to why and they still charged me for my visit. When the person that i spoke with assured me that i would not be charged. This was a while ago but I never put my review. I feel like any other reason would of been an acceptable reason to charge someone if they canceled short notice but to be in an emergency situation or circumstances that are completely reasonable, and even so for them to just charge me was the cherry on top of my day that day. Mind you this was my first time visit as a customer which they lost forever. I never had a chance to go but I don't intend on ever going ag

These gals know what they do! Either lashes or facials ( I’ve done both) the result is great. You will never go to another place. They are very professional and organized. Highly recommended. If never got a facial before, Wendy is marvelous... book an appointment and thank me later))
