Noelle has been doing my lashes for years! They are always so well done, and she makes sure that they are exactly how I want them! The lashes she did for my wedding day are still talked about when people look at my wedding photos!
I am from Washington state and spend winters in Az. I found Noelle over a year ago and have been having her do my lashes since. Noelle is very conscientious and her work is superb. I expressed what I was looking for and she nailed it. She is so friendly and professional. Strongly recommend Lashes by Noelle
I had a volume fill and my lashes are amazing! Noelle is professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend.
Requested a volume fill received a hybrid....right eye was not equal to the left eye and changed the diameter of the lashes...she didn't was or disinfect her hands! Not a very clean environment. Would not recommend.
She does a great job and always makes sure I'm satisfied before I leave. She has become my go to person for this service.
