So disappointing.. I was disappointed because the eyelash was not good and everyone said it was too thin; I made an appointment more than ten days ago that you said okay, I called to confirm with you the day before the appointment coming . Then you telling me to cancel my reservation the next morning when I'm ready to come over isn't that disappointing? And the first time I called you to make sure you can accept my appointment even didn't rush you, I just asked you how much time we needed. I'm not late either. I waited for you to make coffee when I arrived….

Amazing time, can tell it’s a family environment! Great staff! Music choice is always great when getting lashes done. Very nice and polite. I will come back next time for sure!!
