Lash Wax Spa

I showed up today for an appointment with Katie for multiple services. The receptionist told me in a very matter of fact manner that she no longer works there. As an employer myself, I understand that employees move onto new opportunities, but I never received a call or text that my appointment was canceled. She said my appointment wasn’t in her system which I know was wrong because I had set the appointment with the same receptionist in person two weeks prior. The professional approach would have been to apologize and ask if I wanted to reschedule with a different esthetician, but that never happened. It was customer service at its worst. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Lisa is the best ever!!! Her hydrofacials are absolutely amazing for my skin. She is so kind and very knowledgeable. Try an eyebrow wax with her too to add onto your service. My eyebrows are perfect every time. Super detailed. This salon is also very clean and welcoming.

Absolutely love my monthly dermaplaning with Katie! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel Like family. My skin and skin care regimen is so much better since enjoying these monthly sessions. I highly recommend trying a facial there soon

I do all my wax services here and I love it 😍 the place and atmosphere is so relaxing and great. I love that they have wax passes meaning I get $20 off after every 5th wax 😍 definitely recommend coming here! If you want beautiful looking eyebrows, book with Katie! However, all estheticians here are wonderful!
