Very Disappointed!! So unprofessional and disorganized. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a service to the point of leaving a negative review on a business. But I had a horrible experience with this salon, from the customer service to the service itself. I saw a Groupon deal for classic natural lashes for 25$ and I called the business before purchasing the coupon just to make sure. And the person on the phone told me the deal is real and if I book through them without purchasing on Groupon, they'll honor the deal. I agreed, and they booked me the session. right after that they sent me a link to pay a deposit of 25$, which I called in again about. They said they have a set amount 25$ deposit for all services, I'll have to pay that, and i'll have no remaining balance du

I got my lashes done with Annissa and got the classic set and she did an amazing job. She was so delicate i fell asleep during the appointment and woke up to have gorgeous classic lashes. Highly recommend.

Groupon coupon experience: I purchased the Groupon for classic lashes plus one fill. Being new to the area I wanted to try it out before committing fully financially. Angel did such a great job catering to my natural straight long lashes that basically stick down instead of up haha. I’m very happy!!

Do not recommend. Horrible customer service. I bought a groupon deal as a birthday gift and from the beginning it was a nightmare with this business. Setting up appointment up appointment was completely outrageous and almost like pulling teeth I called the place about 4 times before finally speaking to someone on setting up an appointment. Receptionist asked for a credit card as part of their policy to be able to add me to the schedule she assured me nothing would be charged. When I got to my appointment they stated since I was using groupon I had a service fee to pay of 40.00 after already paying 60.00 on groupon. Owner refuse to speak to me when I was there to try and resolve the issue and receptionist told me they would not refund me since I was cancelling my appointment and said "we ne
