Genuinely the best lashes I've tried in Tucson for the past 4 years. Every lash tech they hire has great isolation and knows how to do a gorgeous full volume lash or a simple classic as long as you let them know what you're looking for. Highly recommend for great quality, great girls, and to support a smaller studio (felt like home after just a few visits, regardless of who did my lashes). Don't know what I'm gonna do when I move out of Tucson! Regarding other posts about "pending appointments", if you're new to Vagaro (their booking site), you book an appointment and it will say it's pending until the technician accepts it (it will text you to tell you that), then a day before it sends you a text for you to click a link to confirm your appointment. It's pretty much just confirming the app

I had a 5 for the cuteness of the salon and the vibes but most of my lashes fell out pretty quickly. I had to wear mascara on day 4 so it didn't look like I only had 5 lashes on my eyelids (my lashes are blonde). Not worth the $145 (+20 tip because i thought she did a good job at first glance) for hybrid lashes 🚫

I scheduled an appointment a week ago online- first time customer. I received two emails- the first saying my appointment request was pending. Why post available appointments if they’re not really available? I received a second email shortly thereafter welcoming me to Lash. I assumed (mistake on my part) that I was good to go. On the day of my “appointment” I drove 45 minutes only to discover that the lash girl had never confirmed my appointment. I imagine it’s a simple accept or deny on an app, but apparently, that was too much effort. Another consultant reached out to the girl I was expecting to meet, and I was offered an appointment the next day. I was able to find an appointment somewhere else, and this studio lost a customer.

I loved my experience here! The place is clean and the work is super professional and of quality work. I’ve had lashes by both Lili and the owner. Both sweet girls and very proficient with their work. My lashes stayed on when I used to have to do weekly fills I am able to hold bi weekly fills.

Liliana’s work amazes me! I love my lashes and how they fit so perfectly. She knew what I wanted and did exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend her! The place and atmosphere is very cute and friendly staff
