Lash Therapy Keyport

I recently started going to Lash Therapy in Keyport, and had my lashes done by Jackie, the owner. She is incredibly nice, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The whole experience is relaxing, and you can tell she’s extremely precise and detail-oriented with her work. I requested a volume set, and at the end she asked if I was happy with the fullness or if I wanted more. I shared that I preferred them a bit fuller, and without any hesitation she had me back in the chair and made sure they were exactly how I wanted. That level of care and dedication is rare. This was my first time getting my lashes done at Lash Therapy Keyport and it was an amazing experience. Place is beautiful and relaxing, and talented Jackie with her magic touch turn my lashes into pure excitement. I highly recommend her !

I booked with Jackie for her fall offer, $130 for a hybrid set and a free fill. The initial appointment went fine, but when it came time for my fill, I was given an alternate time by Jackie herself (I even have the text confirming it). When I arrived, she said she couldn’t take me and didn’t acknowledge that she had approved the time. There was no apology or accountability, just a complete lack of professionalism. I left disappointed and turned away after making the trip. Really unfortunate experience.

I have been having extension done for many years . When I get them here there are no holes even after many days . The glues is great does not burn . The price is right . I leave here knowing my eyes look great and I will get many compliments on my mascara no one realizes they are extensions because they are glamorous and perfect.

Booked with Jackie for her fall offer and she rescheduled my appointment two days before and asked me to come in the next day instead. It was my first time getting lashes—one eye ended up glued shut, and she blamed me for twitching, even though she never mentioned it once during the whole process. She then spent 20+ minutes sighing heavily, being rude, and blaming me while trying to unglue my eye. She said she’d check in after three days but never did. I skipped my free fill and wouldn’t return.
