Perfect from the start, quality customer service from the initial call, she had 1 open appointment (last minute). The service started with an excellent introduction, greeted/acknowledged soon as I walked through the door. Her beautiful smile and spirit lights up the room. After a consultation she suggested the perfect lashes that complimented my face/eyes. Mrs. Z was very professional she ensured i understood what she was doing and why. Upon completion she explains how to care for my lashes, did I mention quality customer service, can't say that enough. I've already booked my next appointment before I left her suite.
