I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had to share my experience with this lash supply company. I placed a large order of 30+ items and only received one. The one item I did get was poor quality — the lashes were stiff, cheap-looking, and absolutely not worth the price. When I reached out to customer service, I got no real help. They either ignored my messages or gave me the runaround with excuses. I’ve been in the beauty industry for years and have ordered from plenty of vendors — this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, don’t waste your money. The quality is terrible, the service is unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Definitely feels like a scam.

Taking a class at Lash Primp was hands down one of the best investments I could have made towards having a career as a lash tech. The instructor, Rima, was absolutely WONDERFUL. She gave very vital info, provided tons of incentives, and was very down to earth and kind. It was the best experience ever. And her work speaks for itself. Book her for a class or lash extensions. You won’t regret it.
