Bad business practices. Gen Z business owner who doesn’t not have any customer care. Cancelled my appointment 30 min before, stating I did a no call no show, when i text her to inform her of my missed appointment of which she never replies to messages. Understand this your customer are what keep you in business. Lash techs dime a dozen especially in bridgeport. Let’s do better.

What an amazing and relaxing experience! I've had my lashes done other places and have always hated the experience. Lash Palace is top notch. Her calm demeanor, the relaxing music, THE BLANKET OH MY GOODNESS. What an amazing touch! I hate people near my face especially my eyes I get high anxiety about it and here....I literally almost fell asleep due to the extreme relaxation!!!! I'll be back for sure! She listened to what I wanted nice and natural but amped a bit. They're perfect!

Every time I go, I'm always treated kindly. Appointment/application are always so gentle I usually fall asleep on the table! With proper after care, I never have an issue with eyelashes falling out prematurely, they often last a long time. Love Lash Palace！

My lashes are perfect. Natural looking like I wanted and just long enough so I don’t need makeup. The tech was so gentle. It didn’t even feel like an hour had passed! I love coming here.

i got a lash lift and tint for the first time at lash palace in oakland. I live in oakland and it was 30% off new customers so i decided to try. it was okay. there was only one girl there and she didn’t talk much. my lashes were done and the next day i notice my lashes are very different she did one side well and the other lash is curved to the right. my lashes on the right are just starting to fall off and now there are some pieces of my eyelashes that have no hair when it was once full of lashes. i’m not sure why my lashes are falling off, maybe the chemicals but it’s just not great and i really want to just take off these chemicals from my lashes but not sure how. not great 2/5 stars. $78 wasted.
