I went to Heather for a brow tint and wax and had a terrible experience. I told her during the appointment that the wax was uneven, and instead of fixing it, she removed a large portion of one brow. When I reached out the next day, she did not acknowledge the mistake and refused a refund, later offering only a partial refund for the wax. I then had to pay another provider to fix the damage. My skin is broken down from the poor wax job, and I’ve had to buy a serum to help regrow my brows. The time and money spent correcting what should have been a simple service is wild. Her lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing literally anyone else who will actually care about your face and your experience

I hate to give a bad review...but this was the worst brow wax/tint i have ever had. The photo is after the brow wax. The shape is terrible. The result is terrible. The technique was terrible. I was not happy with the initial result but didnt see how bad it was until I got somewhere with good lighting. It was not a relaxing experience and I just wanted to get out of there. I even gave a 40 tip bc Im stupid and I tip regardless. The result is terrible. Dont even get me started on the lash lift. Now i have to get it fixed.

Lash Out is amazing! Heather is great at her craft. My eyelashes always look fabulous! If you have any feedback or requests she hears you. But honestly she knows her stuff & I prefer her vision in shape, style, & length for my eyes. On top of all that, Heather is so professional and personable. I love our chats. I always look forward to my appointment. Some weeks her schedule is hard to get into so plan ahead to get your great set of lashes. But DO get them here!! Highly recommend.

Heather is AMAZING! Heather and her assistant did airbrush makeup for my wedding - myself, both mothers and 8 bridesmaids! Everyone was very happy with their makeup, and Heather made the morning so much fun. From my mother who never wears makeup to the bridesmaids that wanted dark smoky eyes, all the women looked great with makeup that individually suited them. I would highly recommend her!!!

In love with the lashes Heather did for me. Her personality is seriously the best and my experience was wonderful. Will absolutely be going back!
