Update: The professionalism and knowledge displayed by Demi was profound. She worked quickly to rectify my concern and ensure that the source of my pain was removed. While I’m going to give it a week or so before reinstalling another volume set, thus far I’m happy to see that people will make mistakes, coaching will be provided, and that customers are a priority. Original: I came to Lash Out for a foreign fill because my usual lash tech is on vacation. I can’t recall the name of the lady who did my lashes, but I thought she had to be super experienced as the service was listed for 75 minutes and she had me in and out in roughly 40. Normally the lash techs start with a lash bath to remove any dirt or oil, she did not. Generally, they also remove any that have grown out, which she did. Af

I only came here because of an instagram ad but ended up becoming a regular. Had my lashes done by multiple techs and never had a problem, they are all consistent, clean, and the prices and options are a lot better than my last place. Highly recommend any one of the wonderful ladies here!

I have seen several different girls here for lashes and have never had a bad experience. They are all amazing! Melanie and Michelle are awesome. Love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else for lashes!

I had really high hopes for this place after reading reviews, and I can't even express how disappointed I am with my services. I got my eyelashes done last Monday before my birthday because I wanted to look pretty and not have to wear heavy makeup. My first session went all right, but when my lash technician removed my under eye tape, she pretty much waxed my lower lashes and made me cry profusely. Then telling me right after that, they obviously can't get wet for 24-48hrs. I ended up back Wednesday to get them filled because they were falling out the second I left Monday. They looked good that day, but again, they kept falling out shortly after the fact, and I hadn't got them wet or anything. I could have probably got them filled for a 3rd time that week, but this experience honestly ruin
