¡UPDATE! Since 'Lash House (Owner)' wants to blatantly LIE I'd like to clarify that I waited days for any sort of response from the business before posting a negative review. There was never any call, text or message from them, f that was the case I would have no issue and would not have posted regarding my negative experience. But dont use a tragedy to cover for yourself. That's something else Went here over the last few months for lash extentions/refills a total of 6-7 times, my tech (Carolin Z.) was always polite and did a great job. My last appt she was unavailable so I booked with Carmen on a Saturday morning, I showed up at the scheduled time to see the door was locked, no one was there nor could I get a response or explanation. Carmen sets the standard that all brow techs should follow. Not only is the spa beautifully decorated with a relaxing ambience … Her skill is unmatched. I was surprised at how natural my mom (pictured) and niece’s lashes looked. Plus she finished them both so fast! I highly recommend her lash spa and my only advice is … book her early and schedule out your lash appointments for every two weeks to hold your spot. We’ll be back to see Carmen.

The Salon has just been remodeled and looks absolutely amazing!! Carmen has been doing my lashes for about 3 years now and she is truly a gem. Her work speaks for itself. She is timely, kind and considering. I always feel comfort enough to fall asleep. When Im having a scheduling emergency she is always kind enough to find a way to accommodate me. I get a volume set and she delivers every time. Carmen is easy to talk to and doesn’t mind if you tell her you want he to make an adjustment. I love Carmen and I love the Lash House!

The Lash House is top-notch! This establishment boasts friendly professional technicians, superior supplies, and a great atmosphere. It's clean and relaxing! My lashes have never looked better! Book in advance, spots fill up.

The service at Lash House is Phenomenal. I felt pampered and comfortable. Carmen did an excellent job on my eye lashes, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and told me all about the services provided at Lash House. I am definitely returning again and again for more services.
