I have been going to Carolina since may of this year. She is completely professional and has my lashes look freakin amazing everytime! She has been making each of my sets higher than my expectations. As a bigger girl she makes sure I’m comfortable everytime she works on me and try’s to be flexible with me often with my schedule l. I recommend everyone and anyone I know to her!

I book an appointment online using my credit card. The technician never accepted or denied the appointment. So I showed up to avoid unnecessary charges. She was not there called several times no answer. After I like a was at another eyelash salon. I get a notification appointment was not approved. Not professional very inconvenient because i already had arranged childcare. She messaged me on IG saying I booked last minute (over 24 hours in advance). Please take responsibility for poor communication. Awful customer service. She could have communicated way in advance. She’s clearly not paying attention to the booking site she’s using that demand our personal card info. What a shame.
