I've been a client since it's opening. The services and professionalism are still intact. They will fix any problems but I've never had a issue. After looking in the mirror and seeing how well my lashes were holding up, I wanted to say Thank You to Lash Factor for the great service.

Great customer service! Eyelash extensions are delicately and professionally affixed, one on each natural lash. The stylist helped me to determine the right set of extension for my personal taste. I'm delighted by the way my eyes look, and by how quickly I can get ready every day. Thank you girls!

I got a lash lift done by Liliana. My lashes look longer, thicker and darker! It is a natural alternative to lash extension. Staff here has over 10 years of experience. Great service!

This was a horrible experience. Not only did they have me lay down on a dirty table with a paper towel on the pillow with dirty lash extensions stick to it, but my lashes looked horrible. She left me there by myself with my eyes glued shut no time updates for 30+ minutes, curled my eyelashes so much that I couldn’t open my eyes fully, and didn’t curl all my lashes leaving half straight, half over curled. DO NOT COME HERE!
