Lash & Brow Envy

I had a great experience. This was my first time at Lash & Brow and my appointment was with Katie. She was very professional and thorough. I can really tell that getting to know her clients is a priority. We had a great time chatting. I would highly recommend her. She did a great job and I am very happy with eyelash extensions. I will definitely be going back.

I got my eyebrows laminated and got a lash lift. The service was great I did like my end results for my eyebrows, the lashes were good but I should’ve asked for them to be more curly. I got a surprise charge of $45 for tweezing my eyebrows. Before the session we discussed what services I was paying for which was the eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift. She didn’t even mention the tweezing would be extra charge. That’s the only disappointment in the service was surprise charges after it’s already done. I paid for the full price but I am uncertain if I want to return for those prices. In total I paid $210.

Carly is amazing! She has incredible attention to detail and always takes the time to make sure my brows and lashes look perfect. I love how she shares helpful tips and product recommendations to keep them healthy and last longer between visits. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and clients. And I always get a ton of compliments after each appointment. Highly recommend!

Came in for same day brow cleanup with waxing and Emily made them look perfect exactly what I wanted. They ask you how you want them done and actually listen and don’t remove tons which you did not ask for. Will for sure come again since they did a beautiful job and did not ruin my brows. I have been to Ulta beauty brow bar many times and some at the brow bar in Macy’s but none did as great a job for me as this brow bar. Most ruined my full brows and made them too skinny not full. Highly recommend for anyone like me who has full brows and lot’s to work with.

Today was my first time getting my brows done at Lash & Brow Envy, and I had an amazing experience with Emily! My brows came out beautiful and still retained their thickness, which I had asked for. I was nervous because it was my first time getting my brows done ever, and Emily was incredibly patient and reassuring. She carefully mapped out my brows before waxing, kindly explained each step in the process, and made sure that I was happy with the results. She made me feel very comfortable and is incredibly skilled! I highly recommend her. I will definitely be returning for all of my future brow appointments.
