I had an extremely unsafe and traumatic experience getting lash extensions here with Jessica. The appointment felt very rushed and was completed in about 30 minutes, which immediately raised concerns about technique and care. During the service, my eyelid was literally glued shut due to improper application of lash adhesive. I was unable to open my eye and experienced intense tearing for over 15 minutes. This was frightening and should never happen during a lash appointment. Following the service, my eyes became severely itchy and irritated. Weeks later, I am still dealing with persistent redness and inflammation in the inner corners of my eyes. This was not a mild reaction — it was clear mishandling of adhesive and lack of attention to eye safety. I have had lash extensions many times

I have been going to lash beauty for 3 years. When I first met Chau, she did my eyelashes. The first time the best I ever had and she did my bottom lashes, and she told me that the bottom lashes, they might fall off a little bit earlier a little bit sooner, but they didn't. And it's been 2 weeks, and I went to Jamaica and came back and my eyelashes are still intact. I've been going to her for 3 years and I will never go to anyone else because she is the best. Her and her daughter are very good at what they do, and I love them. When people give bad reviews, she only refunds the money back to the person. And that tells you right there, that she is a very good person. And she makes sure that you are looking your best when you leave her lash beauty shop.

I have gotten my lashes with dozens of artists in the past. Chao has been the most amazing and talented lash artist I and my daughter have had the pleasure of working with. I have been a consistent client for over a year now. Her sets last and look amazing each and every time. Chao is understanding and does her best to fit in appointments when I have specials events or just want a fresh look. I cannot recommend her enough.

As a former lash tech myself, I can proudly say that my natural lashes are absolutely trashed. I barely have any left. It was one big clump of extensions plastered to a large amount (5-8) of my natural lashes & completely ripped out when I removed them (professionally of course). I am very upset out the condition that my lashes are left in. First pic is my natural lashes back in July with mascara & 2nd pic is my natural lashes now with mascara.

Chau is amazing she’s patient, kind, and very professional. I’ve been going her for over a year. I’ve never been disappointed she does a great job everytime. Her work place is very clean and she’s also very gentle. I definitely recommend her, my lashes always look great!
