Kate is the absolute BEST. The atmosphere is amazing and I am truly relaxed with any service I’ve received. She’s sweet, knowledgeable and professional.

I went and saw Kate (esthetically kate) to get a keratin lash lift and 1000/10 recommend everyone go and see her. It lasted well past the time frame she said it would and I got compliments multiple times per day about my lashes. She is also so sweet!

She always makes me feel welcome, and she ensures I get my ideal lash look every single trip. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I was only satisfied with the results one time out of my three visits for the lift and tint service. The first time I was there my natural lashes didn’t lift at all so I contacted Jackie, the owner, and she immediately booked an appointment with her. My lashes came out great when she did them and lasted about 7 weeks. She handled my complain very professionally and I was willing to give them another try. So I went ahead and booked another lift and tint with Jackie last weekend. It’s only been a week and two days and my lashes are back to normal...not lifted.
