Late to open, she's never cleaned, wiped down or sterilized anything she's had me use before she hands it to the next client. She's not used the lighting to help guide her with the laser treatment. Contact via phone was next to impossible so she encouraged me to communicate via text message of which was also not very effective.

If you can’t spend hours waiting for your appointment don’t go here. First appointment she was 45 minutes late and then rushed through the appointment which took maybe 25 minutes. Then I asked her if I could get two skin tags removed. She automatically charged me before we even scheduled. Apprehensively, I scheduled and showed up ON TIME, there was a woman who had been waiting 15 minutes already and it took Another 15 minutes for her even come out. By this time another person had showed for her appointment. She was not happy when I asked to have her reimburse me. She also used the same ice pack on me that she used on the previous client which was partially melted. I was very grossed out for my IPL.

Antoinette knew exactly what my face needed treatment-wise, was very quick and affordable, and I really hope to book her again soon! She does the RF/thermage facials (a miracle for me) at a fraction of the cost of some other places!

Antionette was nice and friendly! The ice bags did not bother me at all. The reason for me 3 stars is I have redness along my cheeks and guaranteed the redness would be gone, after waiting 3 weeks the redness is still there! I am happy to say that she got rid of a mole I wanted gone for years and other dark spots!

Went in for an IPL photo facial, she gave me used ice packs, never cleansed my skin, didn't use conducting gel, only lasered my cheeks. I've had several IPL's in the past and this didn't feel like an IPL laser. She used something on my brown spots to burn them ( not the laser). When I got home I had 2 blisters on my cheeks so I text her the next morning and she said it was the healing process and to ice and put aloe vera gel on. This honestly did not feel like an IPL laser.... I should have gone with my gut feeling and walked out!
