Larry's Barber College II

I came to the establishment at 2:30 and was told that my two children could not Get haircut because the lady in the office was ready to go home even though the establishment doesn’t close till 4:00 This is not the first time this has happened. This is more like the third or fourth time they are very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

I paid my $10 for basic haircut services and 5 minutes later she refunded my money and escorted me out the shop. Unbeknownst to me I 'TIPPED' the student/barber $5 dollars three weeks prior and that was considered a 'No-No' in Larry's Barber College policy guidelines. I assumed they remembered my face from the prior visit. If you don't want clients tipping the students, then I advise you posting a sign in clear view making us aware of the guidelines. I'm NOT going to discredit the barber college because they offer a credible, inexpensive service in the neighborhood. But don't EMBARRASS individuals because they wasn't aware of your policies, especially when they're 55 years old.

I have been going to LBC 11 since their inception. I moved from Chatham, but have always found myself coming back! My brother and I love coming here.

brought my boys in to get hair cuts and she stated to me "you dont be tipping them". i didnt know it was a requirement to tip. the other shops are not like that. So this was today 11/16/24 @ 1:30pm. she said her name is charlette. Like do the corporation know thats what your doing. i will be giving them a call monday.

Ms Sharmane performed a wonderful job styling my hair and applying my eyelashes. I was truly pleased especially since it was my 1st time wearing them.
