I have gained strength, balance, and stamina working with Elizabeth. She has been able to enhance my understanding that form is essential during exercise to prevent injury. As an older person this has allowed me to continue to lead an active lifestyle.

Elizabeth is a one of a kind therapist! From the moment you walk in she makes you feel very welcome. She asks and listens to what your weekly/ monthly aches may be. She also sends email reminders a day prior which is very helpful for some like me. She’s very friendly and we have had many great conversations. I’ve been seeing her for awhile now and I would highly recommend her for your massage needs.
