I got an infection in my toenail from here. Very bad customer service. They overcharge and make up pricing. (There is no price chart beside for pedicures). They do not clean their tools btw. I was charged $50 for just polish, and was refused a top clear coat. Save your money.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I was first told dor the the chrome gel polish it was an extra $15.00 even though the printed price list says $10.00. Once I questioned the price the price they said oh sorry we made a mistake. The lady completes my pedicure and proceeds to do my manicure. Never did she soak my nails, she sprayed my hands with a hair spray bottle. She left out the sugar scrub, again when she was questioned she stated the sugar scrub was not included even with being printed on the price list. After she was corrected she added the sugar scrub, I proceed to ask her did she ever plan on soaking my hands. She told me if I wanted her to, I told her I did pay to get my hands prayed with a water bottle. She wanted to argue as I told her that she had already painted my

Edit: had to come back to add that it was a trial and error process finding my go-to person here with a lot of ERROR. I came the other week and had to get someone else. She didn’t even make my nails even and the shape was horrible.. my nails were also visibility lumpy. I was so unhappy that now I feel like I gotta shop hop again. It’s unfortunate. Sweet lady, but I pay too much. I wanna leave out loving my nails. I would still patron this place but I’d only allow one person to do my nails lol.. Ugh.I hate to write a review when it's not 5 stars, but I rely on your guys reviews, so I know I should give mine. Always honest. First, let me say, my manicurist and the guy that did my feet were very nice. I don't remember their names. I have to say, right off the bat, is that they were rough. When my nails are burning from being filed with the file being pressed on so hard and is hurts, I'm not enjoying it and just want them to stop. I felt like the lady doing my nails was in a rush, and not very experienced. I'm not sure.. no, actually, Iam sure. She just didn't know things she should have. So, I ONLY ever do my nails natural.
