Been coming to this beauty shop since I was a little girl and the quality , customer service, and hospitality has NEVER changed. Only place I come to for my beauty essentials! Love it here !

Smaller sized store. They stock the shelves from top to bottom. Isles are narrow to put more products in. Limited on professional tools. Check first select items have professional discounts. Being on the smaller side its hit & miss on having the brand and item you may want. They may have a substitution. No customer restroom. Staff is friendly and will assist in finding what you need or making a suggestion. Medium size parking lot which is busy most of the time.

I came by on 10/11/2025 to buy some hair stuff around 4:35 and nobody was there. Lights were on and store website said they close at 5pm. There was a door bell for me to ring which was odd, because Covina/ West Covina is pretty safe. I stood there for about 10 mins and then I just left, I will spend my money elsewhere

This was my first time here and wanted to check it out before I went to my normal go-to beauty spot. I was super impressed by the variety of hair and products. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Very nice owners and great prices. This is now my go-to spot and it's local! Will definitely return.

Hi, cristina was the lady that helped me out today , I had to say I have been coming to this place for about 3 years already but I never had a bad experience like I did today, cristina cut me in 3 different toes and the only thing I got was I'm sorry. I guess people can have a bad day but 3 times c'mon. Well I only have to say is I hope next time I go there it doesn't happen again 😕
