LANETT BEAUTY SUPPLY

I wasn't a fan of this place. I walked in and was not greeted. There were 2 people there and 1 of them was actively working a nd the other was sitting down behind the counter. I walked around looking for some gel and almost hit every aisle before I found it. The girl that was working (seemed like receipts and paperwork) rang me up after she got to a stopping point and I left. No good bye, no have a nice day, no nothing. Once I left there, I drove around looking for another beauty supply store and was able to find one.

Customer service is great. I bought a value pack of lashes and the price was $2.99. I got to the register and the cashier (I'm thinking the owner) said they were suppose to be $9.99. She went to check the other packs and all of them were labeled $2.99. I asked her if she was going to honor the lower price and she said no, but I can give you 50% off. Needless to say, I left as a happy customer. Keep in mind...most Asian owners don't go out of their way when it comes to changing prices...but kuddos to Lanett Beauty Supply!

Always a pleasure. The employees, which consists of a mother daughter duo, always have me on point! I will always go there!

The Manager was rude.. Prices too High.... Had to pay $1 just for Cap To try on a Wig. .Same item..Same Style..Same Brand here $40 more for Exact Same item at a Competitor. This is a Dog Eat DOG WORLD!

The lady keep yelling what ju want.. Each time i walk to the next aisle. I told her hair. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Good selection of hair poor customer service
